1. Dine in a theatrical, topsy-turvy world

Elevate your date night with a unique dining experience at Wonderland Upside Down. Inspired by the story of Alice in Wonderland – but with a sassy twist – this immersive concept by Andsoforth offers oodles of fun.
We were thoroughly entertained throughout the five-course dinner, from finding the secret location to uncovering secret chambers to conversing with quirky characters. You won’t have a dull moment if you go all out to interact with them! Tip: look out for appearances by the Cheshire Cat and wear comfy clothes for a smooth adventure.

2. Unleash your inner child at a massive indoor playground

Throw on your comfy sportswear and head to Singapore’s first and largest multi-installation indoor playground for your next date. Adventure HQ offers adrenaline-packed activities like ninja-themed obstacle courses, climbing trails, and cave exploration. One must-try? The Roll Glider. A first of its kind in the city, this indoor aerial attraction is a thrilling hang-gliding ride.
Oh, and don’t miss out on Sky Venture, where you’ll conquer your fear of heights while suspended 15m above ground. As Singapore’s largest two-tiered indoor challenge ropes course, it features 16 obstacles that’ll put your balance, coordination and confidence to the test. After all that hard work, let loose on the three Firemen Slides. P.S. one of them is the longest indoor slide in town, standing at 14m high!

3. Get hands-on at a pottery workshop

Take it from us: pottery classes are one of the most relaxing ways to spend an afternoon, especially if you’re perfectly happy spending time with your significant other in silence. The Potters’ Guilt has plenty of one-time options for you to experience the craft, but we recommend the Basic Potters’ Wheel ($535.60 per person) that’s spread over eight sessions.
Thanks to the affable instructors and informal environment, it’s easy to feel completely comfortable here. We learnt how to throw and trim our creations, but glazing was the best part where our creativity got to shine. By the end of eight weeks, we walked away with one-of-a-kind works of art (and unique conversation-starter pieces for our home).
Price: from $58 per person for 1.5 hours
Opening hours: varies by workshop
Address: The Potters’ Guilt, multiple locations including #01-03, Pearl’s Hill Terrace and #04-19, New Bahru
4. Hike hand-in-hand with waterfront views

Singapore is home to plenty of parks, but Labrador Nature Reserve is one of our favourites. It’s got that perfect mix of calming forest, tranquil sea, and cool war relics. Plus, it’s one of the quieter green spots in the country, which means you can giggle and gaze lovingly into each other’s eyes uninterrupted.
Explore historic WWII artefacts, marvel at landmarks like the red Berlayer Point Lighthouse and Dragon’s Teeth Gate, stroll through the new Keppel Coastal Trail, and saunter towards the nearby Berlayer Creek Boardwalk for peaceful mangrove sights.
Price: free

It’s home to all kinds of unique specimens, from plants to mammals to prehistoric creatures.
If your partner’s a curious cat, they’ll love this not-so-secret museum spot. Keep an eye out for the towering diplodocid sauropod fossils, the bones of a gigantic female sperm whale, and the leatherback turtle that was found dead near Siglap beach way back in 1883.

Your honeymoon period may be over, but you can still feel the thrill of the chase with a go-kart race. Our wait beforehand was a little long, and the actual racing time flew by, but it’s exhilarating when you’re in the moment, zooming around a three-level race track.
