It’s hard to pick a favourite when the omakase menu is gold-tier from start to finish. But if we had to choose, it’s a toss-up between the shizakana (awabi karaage) and the takiawase (a divine medley of wagyu beef with misansho, kamonasu eggplant, and tamamiso paste). Can someone invent a time machine already? We’d relive the experience in a heartbeat.
